shrink the stomach exercises

Some of the techniques below also taught by Mike Geary.
The Teaser
Lie with your back flat on the floor or mat. Position leg straightened out and your arms at your sides. Move hands to his head, lifting your legs straight up. Take a deep breath and try to lift the body up to an upright sitting position, the position of the foot remains lifted. Exhale, then down to starting position slowly. Repeat this 3-5 times.
Crisscrossers
Lying with your back flat on the floor or mat. Raise your head, pulling your knees close to chest. Place your hands behind your head. Inhale and slowly turn your body to the left until your right elbow touches your left knee while straightening the right leg. Hold this pose for five count while exhaling. Inhale as you return to starting position. Repeat these movements alternately on both sides and do five sets.
It is recommended to do this three pilates exercises 2-3 times a week if you want to lose belly fat. Make sure you do the movement correctly, targeting the abdominal muscles.
